SEER offers a variety ways to search, analyze and report the information contained in the O*NET database. It allows searches based on O*NET factors and analyses of occupational descriptors, such as transfer of skills. Worker Profiles can not only be built and maintained for later use but also compared, as in "Pre/Post" analyses. Detailed reports can then be either printed or exported in a variety of formats.
