SEER was founded in 2002 by Dr. Robert Hall and is a subsidiary of Robert Hall & Associates, Inc., based in San Diego, Ca., which is located just outside of San Diego. SEER was formed to develop and distribute custom software applications. Dr. Hall has worked in the employment and rehabilitation field since 1973 and has maintained his own vocational rehabilitation consulting practice since 1980.He has extensive experience working in a variety of clinical and community-based program settings and has provided rehabilitation assessment and planning services for over thousands of individuals. |

Dr. Hall also consults with and provides training to a variety of employer and health and human service organizations in the areas of employment programs, vocational rehabilitation and disability management. Dr. Hall has been an Adjunct Professor and Center Director at San Diego State University since 1993. |
